Description
Gresten-Land extends to the west and east of the market town of Gresten. 15° east longitude intersects with 48° north latitude in the municipality of Gresten-Land. A meridian stone has been erected at this point. The municipality was created in 1968 through the merger of the municipalities of Oberamt, Unteramt and Schadneramt.
