Fischerwirt
Tavern / innThis business is excellent…
Description
A table with a view of the Enns. On the plate, a fine fish from the Kalkalpen National Park. The Landgasthaus Fischerwirt in Ernsthofen is located directly below the Mühlrading reservoir and has made a name for itself thanks to various specialties from the river and lake. The smoked trout tartare with potato foam makes for a successful start to the starters. The whole roasted brown trout is prepared with fresh herbs, garlic and potato and vegetable gratin. But Anneliese and Franz Harthaller's upscale inn cuisine has even more to offer. A lot more. The lamb shank braises in a Zweigelt thyme juice. Simply delicious.
Fish, wine and coziness
The Fischerwirt has been around since 1998 and a lot has happened since then. The innkeepers Anneliese and Franz have invested heavily in their business in order to offer their guests an all-round successful stay. The country house style has been boldly reinterpreted. Innovative zeitgeist that pays off: the newly designed dining room, the Stüberl and the "Ennsblick" room radiate comfort and class. In the summer months, it is the pub garden that invites you to linger. In addition to well-known virtues such as hospitality and dedication to the profession, the Fischerwirt attaches great importance to sustainability. Therefore, only the best products from Lower Austrian agriculture with proof of origin are used in the kitchen.
