During the renovation of the inn and farmhouse in 2015, great importance was attached to ensuring that the original flair and history of the historic buildings were not lost. So today you can still sit on the chairs, benches and at the tables of your great-grandfather while enjoying the young, fresh cuisine of the junior chef, Matthias Herbst. He gained his experience in various top restaurants in Austria, such as "Zur blauen Gans" (Seewinkel Neusiedlersee), "Oppitz" (Eggenburger Stadthotel), "Steirereck" (am Pogusch), "Tenne" (Kitzbühel) or "Gut Purbach" (Neusiedlersee). With regular events such as the Wild Herbs Dinner or the Beer Spring, Matthias Herbst offers unique experiences for his guests.
