In the Maderthaner family's inn, Mostviertel cuisine is interpreted in a wonderfully fresh way and prepared with great passion. Guests in Weistrach are looked after with care, passion and great dedication. The family business is run by the 3rd generation and lives the pub culture to the full. The landlady Lydia Maderthaner is also known from the successful ORF TV show "9 Plätze, 9 Schätze - So gut isst Österreich", in which the passionate chef won first place with her hearty Mostviertler Mostbratl in May 2019, bringing the"Austria's Favorite Dish 2019" award to Lower Austria.
