Nicolas Engel has set up his gourmet restaurant Opus in the historic Schüttkasten in Haugsdorf. Engel has built on a successful concept based on a well-established carte blanche. His philosophy is to create versatile menus that include both fish and meat, depending on the top quality that the market is currently offering.
