The Gruber-Wachau winery reinvented itself in 2019. Many innovative ideas are being put into practice. The results of the young spirit can be tasted at any time at the winery. The focus is particularly on Grüne Veltliner and Riesling.
Furthermore, several times a year there is the opportunity to enjoy delicious homemade dishes at the wine tavern, including many game specialties such as venison and wild boar sausage, various game hams and much more.
