Hofbräu am Steinertor

Restaurant, Tavern / inn

Description

The Hofbräu am Steinertor is a lively combination of traditional beer culture and upscale gastronomy right at the entrance to Krems' pedestrian zone.

Since 2016, the historic brewery courtyard has been transformed into a multifaceted pub with several areas: Beer pub, two cozy beer parlors, a beer bar and a spacious beer garden with self-service area under chestnut trees. The terrace complements the offer with around 80 additional seats. Spacious group rooms allow for celebrations from 30 to 100 people.

The kitchen serves Austrian-Bavarian classics - from roast pork, schnitzel or ribs to vegetarian and seasonal dishes. They are also particularly proud of their beer care and selection: Hofbräu specialties such as Original, Saison, Dunkel or Münchner Weisse can be found on tap.

A special highlight of the house is the harmoniously integrated wine bar and vinotheque "Leopold". There, wine lovers will find a tasteful selection of regional white wines, Burgenland red wines and international treasures - ideal for enjoying on the spot or to take away from the store.

The Hofbräu am Steinertor is barrier-free, offers WLAN and is a non-smoking establishment. It offers professional conditions and flexible offers for larger groups and events.
