The Schneeberghof is the ideal place to relive the past and create new memories. Originally built by Leo de Arnoldi—the builder of the Schneeberg Railway—and designed in the “Swiss style” by two renowned theater architects, the hotel first opened its doors in 1897. After several renovations, the historic building still retains its former charm, but with all the modern amenities: beautiful rooms, excellent food, tennis courts, and a wellness center. And since you can never get enough of the Schneeberg, it’s best to book the Vindobona Suite with its panoramic terrace. If you want to do more than just look at the mountain, you can hike or take the Salamander up. Depending on the season, it’s also a great place for biking or ski touring.
