Hiking tour Starting from Dietmanns Municipal Office
The Bründl Chapel is a pilgrimage chapel and can be reached via a beautiful 4 km long forest hiking trail in a quiet location; during the summer vacations, mass is celebrated in the chapel every Thursday at 8 am. Pilgrimages are organized on the feast days of the Virgin Mary. The little pilgrimage church, also very popular as a wedding church, is celebrating its 100th birthday this year.

Start your hike at the municipal office, heading west along “Buchbergstraße.” After 100 meters, turn left onto “Siedlerstraße” and you’ll soon reach the Neudietmanns Chapel. Walk down Kapellenberg, cross “Hauptstraße,” and pass the hot dog stand as you head into “Waidhofnerstraße” and then “Sechshauserstraße.” At the end of “Sechshauserstraße,” turn left toward Götzles. After about 300 m, you’ll reach the starting point of the forest nature trail. Follow this trail until you reach the Kuenringer Long-Distance Hiking Trail 611, which will take you to the Ulreichs Memorial Stone and the Bründl Chapel. After the Bründl Chapel, cross the street, keep to the right, and walk a short distance toward Dietmanns. At the parking lot, turn left onto the forest path and follow the long-distance hiking trail for a few more meters before turning right and heading back to Dietmanns. In Dietmanns, cross “Hollenbacherstraße” to reach “Alte Straße.” Follow this street until you reach the intersection with “Buchbergstraße.” Take “Buchbergstraße” to return to the starting point of the hike.
