On the descent down the Ölberg along the newly renovated Chapel Way of the Cross, pilgrims make their way down into the city. Cross the ring road and look for the Billa supermarket. Turn right directly across from it to follow a beautiful dirt road into Austria. Signs are posted; follow the Czech signage for the Way of St. James.
You can reach Mikulov by train from Vienna.
A transfer is required in Breclav or Znaim.
