After the short section along the goods road, you walk above the church settlement and have an excellent view of the center of Loich. You now hike through almost untouched nature to the next highlight, the Günther Chapel, from where you have a breathtaking view of the Ötscher.
Hiking clothing, hiking shoes
From the center of Loich, we go up the farm road Holzsteig. After about 300 meters, turn left and march along the edge of the forest above the church settlement. After about 300 meters, the route takes us through the forest to the farmhouse "Eben." Then continue on the paved road to the "Stuben" farm, turn left, and follow the field path to a forest. Over meadows and through woods, it goes to the Günther Chapel, and finally, along the farm road Ödgegend downhill. Upon reaching the Hammerlmühle, walk along the country road back to the town center.

By car on the B39 towards Mariazell. After Kirchberg, turn left towards Loich and follow the road all the way to Loich.
