Bärenwald-Strecke

Coming from St. Pölten or Vienna, take the A1 to the Melk exit, then the B3a over the Danube Bridge, through Fahnsdorf onto the B216, at Würmsdorf onto the B36, through Hölltal, Ulrichschlag, Bärnkopf, and Marchstein onto the B119, and continue on to Arbesbach.

Coming from the west, take the A1 to Linz, then the A7 and B124 to Arbesbach.

The BÄRENWALD Arbesbach is a bear conservation center run by Vier Pfoten near Arbesbach. Seven brown bears currently live there on 14,000 square meters.
