An enjoyable hiking trail along the Schlattenbach stream near Bromberg. Seven information boards provide general information about the persecution of witches in text and pictures, but especially about the fate of Afra Schickh. Attractive, nature-oriented exercise stations have been set up at various places along the trail.

Description
The 3 km long trail starts in Bromberg an der Au and runs along the Schlattenbach stream. In 2019, the Witches' Trail was expanded into the Hexen Hör-Erlebnis-Bewegungs-Weg (Witchy Listening and Moving Experience Trail). The addition of a children's audio guide via a free smartphone app and motor skills stations has created an informative leisure activity for the whole family. The exercise stations are primarily "motor skills equipment" that challenge and promote dexterity and mobility.

- Route description The path starts near the community square in Bromberg. Along the stream, the hiking trail goes through the Schlattental. The path ends in the middle of the Schlattental.The path is also suitable for an all-terrain stroller.
- Parking Parking options at the beginning of the path or in front of the community office.
- Getting there You can reach Bromberg from the north via the A2 and A3.From the south, take the A2 and S6.
- Public transport On weekdays, there is a bus connection from Wr. Neustadt station and Scheiblingkirchen station.More info at www.vor.at
