Description
This leisurely loop in Prigglitz takes us past the Way of the Cross Chapel and the Pottschacher Huts. The Maagraben cave is also on the route.
- Equipment Always take suitable maps, sun and rain protection as well as water and a snack with you.
- Route description The starting point of our route is in Prigglitz at the elementary school. Then we set off southeast along the Stuppachgraben. We finally turn left into the forest and follow the path. This later meets the Güteweg Pfarra, which we take eastward. We come to Saloderhof and then ride northward again into the greenery. When we leave the forest, we find ourselves at Wegscheidehof, which we pass until we reach Gasteil. Now the route leads us south to the Kreuzweg chapel. From there, we want to continue northward again and follow the path. Slightly below the Pottschacher Hut, our route makes a left turn. We pass the Maagraben Cave. At Langtal, we keep to the east. Our route ends again in Prigglitz.

- Getting there Coming from Vienna A2 to Seebenstein junction, then onto S6, S6 to the Gloggnitz exit, through Gloggnitz to Prigglitz. Coming from the south A9 to Deutschfeistritz-Friesach junction, then onto S35, at Bruck an der Mur continue on S6, S6 to the Gloggnitz exit, through Gloggnitz to Prigglitz.Coming from the west A1 to St. Pölten South exit, B20 to Annenhof, there turn left onto B18, B18 to Rainfeld, then right, through Kleinzell and Innerhalbach on B21, B21 to Gegend, there onto B27, B27 to Wiener Straße, turn left there, through Schmidsdorf, St. Christoph and Auf der Wiese to Prigglitz.
