Description

Cross-country skiing is a healthy form of exercise as it is gentle on the joints. Whether you are a pleasure cross-country skier or an amateur athlete, there is something suitable for everyone. The start and finish are at the sports field, where you can also park your car. Other entry points are at Gasthaus Zeller and the Aichelberg lifts, where parking is also available. The easy meadow trail (2 km) is ideal for beginners - it is groomed for both classic (P) and skating (S). If you don't have enough time during the day, you can also use it in the evening as a floodlit trail until 10 pm. The Teichloipe (7 km / P+S) and the Triftloipe (8 km / P) also invite you to pause and enjoy nature around the Stierhüblteich. The high plateau is also accessible with the connecting trails to Siebenhöf (9 km) and Liebenau (12 km). Nordic cruisers as well as sporty amateurs will get their money's worth here, as these trails are connected to the other trail areas of the Aktivwelt Freiwald.
