Bärnkopf - Annabild - Saggraben - Dürnberg - Bärnkopf
Start in Bärnkopf at the "Einkehrstube-Wackelstein" or "Gasthof zum Kirchenwirt", the first 4 km parallel to the "Ysperklamm route" to "Annabild" (wayside shrine), turn left here, steeper descent on asphalt (watch out for grit in spring), to Saggraben. Then along the Prinzbach stream to the Kleiner Kamp. From here always uphill, sometimes flatter - sometimes steeper, past the last house of Dürnberg and Dürnbergteich (no bathing pond) to Bärnkopf.
Caution: obstructions due to wetness and deep vehicle tracks, between km 8.65 - 11.75 (Prinzbach valley) will occur again and again when it rains!

Coming from St. Pölten or Vienna take the A1 to the Melk exit, on B3a over the Danube Bridge, through Fahnsdorf on B216, B216 to Würmsdorf, right on B36, at Hölltal left, through Ulrichschlag to Bärnkopf.
Coming from the west take A1 to Linz, then A7 and B124 to Königswiesen, there turn right on B119a to Linden, then left to Bärnkopf.
