Description
The path of life is not a walk in the park - rather an expedition. An expedition to yourself and through nature. Along the 13 stages, countless nature experiences and interactive stations are waiting to be discovered. Consciously perceiving and reflecting on life - that is the goal of the life path. What was before the here and now, which stages of life were carefree in retrospect and where did things perhaps not go according to plan? What will the future bring and where will things continue when I am no longer on earth? All these questions will find enough room and space along the way. If you need a break from yourself in between, countless natural highlights such as the Ysperklamm gorge or the Krems Valley ("Kremstal" in German) canyon will amaze you. The eight-loop trail was created by combining the Ysper-Weitental circular hiking trail no. 22 with the Kremstalweg trail no. 625 and connects 28 villages from 23 municipalities: Laimbach - Peilstein - Hofamt Priel (municipal area) - Nöchling - St. Oswald - Yspertal - Ysperklamm - Dorfstetten - Bärnkopf - Gutenbrunn - Martinsberg - Roggenreith - Kirchschlag - Kottes - Els - Albrechtsberg - Lichtenau (municipal area) - Großreinprechts - Sallingberg - Ottenschlag - Bad Traunstein - Edlesberg - Martinsberg - Pöggstall - Braunegg - Raxendorf - Maria Laach - Weiten - Leiben - Artstetten - Maria Taferl - Reitern - Münichreith - Laimbach.
Please note: The path of life is designed to be walked in one direction only. So be sure to follow the walking direction and the life path markings!
