Hiking tour Starting from Village square Bad Schönau
Along the path of thought you will find boards with short texts by the Zöbern author Ernst Ferstl, which invite you to pause and reflect.
Under the leadership of OSR Director Friedrich Geiderer, the Bad Schönau - Krumbach path was opened in 2008 as a project of the HS Krumbach and the polytechnic school. In 2019, the trail was extended to include a variant to Zöbern. You can walk along the Zöbernbach stream on a paved footpath from the village center in Bad Schönau to Zöbern within an hour.
The path is cleared in winter and can therefore be walked and cycled on all year round.
Many regional routes of the Wiener Alpenbogen - Arc of the Viennese Alps (trail) also lead to and from Krumbach, such as the route to Gschaidt via Krumbach Castle, the route to Maria Schnee or the route to Kirchschlag.
