Description
Whether you're just looking for a short, leisurely stroll, a short Nordic walking tour or a run: the Fischerpromenade is something for everyone. The tour is perfect if you're on a tight time budget or if you want a morning run. You run exclusively on firm ground along the Schwarza, where the river cools the air a little, especially on hot summer days. Over bridges and through the spa gardens, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape and do something for your health at the same time. A special bonus for culture and architecture fans: the tour leads past Reichenau Castle and the parish church of St. Barbara.
- safety instructions The promenade is not accessible during floods!Make sure your choice of route matches your experience and fitness level. Check the weather forecast in advance.Running tips:Start slowly to gradually get your circulation going. After about 10 minutes, take a short break with stretching exercises. Vary the pace to increase performance gains. Avoid overexertion, especially on steep sections, rather walk if you lack basic fitness. Follow warming-up and cool-down phases. Let the run wind down and then avoid stretching too intensely!
