Freithöhweg

Town center, washhouse, Busatisstraße; turn right toward Gaisberg; turn left before Schlarassingbauer; follow the meadow path into the forest; wooden walkway; farm road to Grub-Kreuz; turn left onto the dirt road; through the pasture to the Pölla Chapel. Up the edge of the forest on the right, forest trail, across the meadow, to the top of the forest trail, Freithöh—back via the Materlkreuz, down the ridge along the trail, turn left at the Marian shrine and descend the sandy path, turn right at the Schellenberg farm - Handlbauer - take the meadow path to Diesenhof - cross Mitterweg (Ötscherland Bike Route) - continue straight along the edge of the meadow/field to the railroad crossing, then turn left onto the gravel path along the Erlauf River back to the starting point.
