Hiking tour Starting from Frättingsdorf Train Station
Start / Finish: Frättingsdorf
Start / Finish: Frättingsdorf
The "Frëttchen Fit-Erlebnisweg" leads along the hilly landscape of the Weinviertel and offers a tour through the diverse cultural landscape in Frättingsdorf - fields, vineyards, wine cellar lanes and forests - and to individual exercise stations. Several places offer a magnificent view of the surrounding area. Along the way there is a drinking fountain at the "Freie Werkstatt" and at the "Dorfleben" display board, as well as a playground and a fireplace. The short trail (4 km) is very suitable for children.
The "Frëttchen Fit-Erlebnisweg" was implemented with funds from the Lower Austrian village and urban renewal program.
The trail, which features 32 informational signs, is open year-round. Three route options of varying lengths—one of which starts at the brickworks, a site of great historical significance to Frättingsdorf—offer a suitable route for everyone.
