Haute Route 12. Etappe: Hollenstein – Altenmarkt

Route: Hollenstein – Hammergraben – Unterleiten – Wenten (608 m) – Voralpe (Stumpfmauer 1,770 m; loop around the summit via the Kopetzkysteig and “Lucken” to the saddle at the Dreiländereck and on to the Tanzboden, 1,727 m) – Descent to Hollenstein.

Alternative descent into the Enn Valley: Stumpfmauer – Tanzboden – descent to Altenmarkt bei St. Gallen (467 m; from the Weißenbach-St. Gallen train station, take the Ennstalbahn via Waidhofen an der Ybbs to Amstetten and connect to the Westbahn).
