Kirchberg am Wagram is a market town in the district of Tulln, which lies north of the Danube on the striking Wagram mountain range and is known for its viticulture, among other things. Some of the best vineyards in the region are located in the municipality.
The main town stands out in a special way. This may be due to its prominent location on the crest of the Wagram or the institutions and businesses that are based here. The regional center and the regional wine shop "Weritas", for example, are based in Kirchberg.
