The time before birth was the beginning of development for everyone, even if no one can consciously remember it. However, the information from this time is deeply stored.
When you walk, you can feel your way into this special stage of life, where you came out of nowhere and were there all at once. First as a tiny cell and then slowly growing in your mother's womb for 40 weeks. Completely cared for and protected by the mother. The story of every human being begins with the miracle of coming into the world, the first transition.
Up and down … through hidden valleys with sweeping views. This stage features varied scenery and offers truly special vistas. On clear days, the mountains seem close enough to touch—the Ötscher and the Gesäuse. The trail leads through dense forests where you can lose yourself, as well as through farmland.
After the “birth” at Herzstein, the trail winds through a spruce forest down into the valley to Yspertal, where the stage ends.
