Leiserbergeblick-Runde

Description

The starting point for this tour is Streitdorf (municipality of Niederhollabrunn). The route leads via Maisbirbaum and Dornberg to Simonsfeld, where you can stock up on delicacies from the region at the local farmers' market. (Opening hours: www.bauernmarkt-simonsfeld. at). The route continues over the Eichelberg to Ernstbrunn, with magnificent views of the Leiser mountains everywhere. From Ernstbrunn, the route follows country lanes via Gebmanns to the immediate vicinity of the pilgrimage church in Karnabrunn. The detour to the pilgrimage church, visible from afar, is rewarded with a wonderful view of the wide Weinviertel landscape and the Korneuburg basin. Through the Karnabrunn forest and the ascent to Braunsberg, you reach Bruderndorf and return to Streitdorf.
