The route leads from Schweiggers in the Waldviertel across the border into the Mühlviertel in Upper Austria. Two districts that never seem to run out of hills.

On this tour into the neighboring Mühlviertel region, the route leads from Schweiggers via Langschlag and Liebenau to the Koblberg. Although you wouldn't necessarily expect it here, the Koblberg is the highest pass in Upper Austria, as can be read on the small, wooden pass sign. The road leads from the foot of the Brockenberg up to the village of Liebenau at 970 meters. From there, it is only a stone's throw to the Koblberg Pass. A small climb with an almost flat 74 meters in altitude over 1.5 kilometers is still to be mastered. After around 34 kilometers, this is the most strenuous section of the tour, from then on it is (almost) all downhill. On this hilly loop with its 93 kilometers and approx. 1,500 vertical meters, the effort is rewarded with great impressions and far-reaching views.
