Rund um den Hutsaulberg

Description

The hiking trail starts at the vicarage (HNr.: 99) and leads through the old cemetery of the Romanesque fortified church of St. Nikolaus. Pass the Pforakeller (opposite the information board) on the footpath along Hutsaulbergstraße towards the "Silberberg" wine cellar lane. Afterwards, serpentines lead down through the "Hofbergen" reed to the "Jagateich" spring, where particularly ferruginous water rises. On the field path in the following "Dammeln" reed, there is a willow tree that is over 100 years old. The trail then continues up the Brunnleithengraben to the lookout point at the war memorial before the "descent" to the end of the hike begins. 16 stations are provided with QR codes which lead to the information. Have fun exploring and hiking through ancient history and stories on the 7.5 km hiking trail "Around the Hutsaulberg" with a difference in altitude of around 100 meters.
