The Göllersbach - the leading river of a region and yet a body of water that usually receives very little attention.

The themed trail to the Göllersbach in Breitenwaida with its ten stations provides an insight into the varied and eventful history of the leading watercourse in the Göllersbach valley and also draws attention to the far-reaching effects that human intervention in the natural environment has had on the entire environment and continues to have today.

The themed trail is approx. 1 km long, runs along the Göllersbach stream and is freely accessible all year round. The tour is also suitable for baby carriages. The themed trail can be walked in both directions.
