The Triestingau Cycle Path - cycled with all waters
From the Danube cycle path in Vienna, there is a wild and romantic alternative route to the thermal spa cycle path to the south. The "Triestingau Cycle Path" leads over 39 scenically impressive kilometers to Schönau an der Triesting and thus runs more or less parallel to the Thermal Baths Cycle Path. Cyclists can enjoy a leisurely ride on flat paths along the Triesting, immersing themselves in a beautiful natural floodplain or taking an enjoyable detour to the wine taverns of the Thermenregion. The paths are asphalted throughout, with the occasional tractor crossing the way. In addition to this special natural idyll, old spinning mills, weaving mills and felt factories characterize the landscape.
Attention - Due to adaptation work and route optimization measures, there may be short partial closures and detours from time to time. All existing information is continuously updated.
