Provided there is enough snow for grooming, the trail is groomed from the beginning of December to the end of March and runs through varied terrain and is also divided into smaller circular trail sections.
The trail entrance to the Mariensee - Marienseer Schwaig summit station (trail no. 7) is located right next to the summit station of the Erlebnisalm Mönichkirchen-Mariensee panorama lift. It is not possible to drive to the trail entrance by car and can only be reached from Mariensee using the panorama lift.
A day ticket for the cross-country ski trail is available at the ticket office of the Erlebnisalm Mönichkirchen-Mariensee. There are discounts for cross-country skiing guests for the ascent and descent.
