Description
The starting point for this leisurely winter hike is the municipal office in Reichenau. The path leads along Schulgasse, past the first warm swimming pool of the monarchy and on through Hans Wallner Straße. This is followed by a section through the forest. Please note that it can be slippery with snow here in places. As you walk, you can catch a glimpse of Schloss Rothschild and Wartholz Castle through the bare trees. From Wartholzstraße, turn right back into Schulgasse before continuing left along Hans Wallner Straße to Schloss Reichenau. From here, continue along Thalhofstraße, past the Rudolfsvilla until you reach the impressive Thalhof. Now turn right onto a small path that leads along Schneedörfelstraße to the Kurpark. The Kurpark is located directly in front of the Reichenau municipal office.
