The walk starts from Puchberg opposite the Hotel Schneeberghof in the direction of the waterfall and goes along the red-marked trail and before the waterfall the yellow-marked trail in the direction of Losenheim. Your taste buds will be spoilt in ‘InsLift’ at the valley station.
You can either return to the centre by bus or you walk to Schneebergdörfl via the Lehrweg and after to Puchberg.
Some of the trails run through forests and along unpaved paths. When there is snow on the ground, some of the trails may not be cleared and may have icy or slippery sections.
You use the trails at your own risk. It is recommended that you be mindful of the early onset of twilight and plan your hikes carefully. Weather-appropriate clothing, suitable footwear, and plenty of water are essential even in winter.
Hiking poles are also highly recommended for winter hikes.
