Teesdorf: Worth seeing & interesting facts
The impressive cotton mill complex was built between 1908 and 1910 as a reinforced concrete skeleton structure. For a long time, the listed factory building resembled a movie set. It has since been extensively renovated and converted into a residential building. The Protestant church dating back to 1858 is also worth a cultural visit. Teesdorf is also known for the ÖAMTC driving safety center: it was founded in 1987 and is the oldest of its kind in Austria.
