Our down-to-earth family business with a large natural garden and swimming biotope is picturesquely situated near the forest and river.
Hike or walk along the unspoiled Thayaufer or around the longest completely preserved town wall in Austria. Discover cultural treasures such as Vranov Castle, the World Heritage town of Telc or Bitov Castle on cross-border cycle tours and excursions. The Iron Curtain Trail and the Kamp-Thaya-March cycle path pass right by us.
The chef or senior chef still cooks for us personally! We spoil your palate with Waldviertel delicacies, game dishes and homemade pastries and poppy seed delicacies. We source most of our food from our own farm and from the region.
Our delicacies taste even better in the garden under the chestnut trees!
