Description
Rosenfellner Mühle is an innovative mill with a diverse range of natural food products that enable conscious enjoyment in harmony with nature. Every year, the experienced mill team processes several hundred tons of valuable grain from certified suppliers. Particular emphasis is placed on organic origin, which is also reflected in the mill's various labels: Fair Farming, 100% Organic, 100% from Austria.
Visitors to Rosenfellner Mühle can experience tradition and craftsmanship at first hand. As part of a guided tour, the path from the grain kernel to grinding into fine flour is shown and interesting details about the variety of grain types are explained.
