Station Langschlag

Train station

Description

Langschlag station is located in the Zwettl district along the Waldviertel Railway. The cozy reception building at the station welcomes its guests in the north of Lower Austria. A museum wagon has been set up right next to it, which provides a lovingly designed insight into the colorful goings-on along the Waldviertel narrow-gauge railroad.

It is well worth getting off at Langschlag station in the market town of the same name, as the local specialty store has set up shop in the station building. In the self-service store, everyone is sure to find a delicacy or two from the region.
