Treetop Trail at GARTEN TULLN
Lookout tower, Model garden, New worlds to experience, Scenic lookout
Description
The treetop path takes you spectacularly high above the treetops of mighty old giant trees. Designed by Lower Austrian architect Ernst Maurer, the 30-metre-high treetop path consists of a viewing tower with several levels, staircases and platforms.
700 meters of railings lead to the top. They are not only secured with glass panels, but also artistically designed by the renowned Lower Austrian woodcarver Prof. Erich Steininger. If necessary, a lift will transport you to the top platform.
Accessibility is a top priority throughout the GARTEN TULLN site - from the parking lot to the lofty heights. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the show gardens, Danube floodplains and the city as far as the Tullnerfeld.
On sunny, clear days, you can even see the Ötscher!
