Description

Wolfsthal railway station is located in the eastern part of Lower Austria and serves as the terminus of Vienna's S7 rapid transit line. Fields and vineyards in the midst of the Schafberg and the Danube characterize the landscape around the municipality of the same name in the industrial quarter, close to the border with the Slovakian capital Bratislava.

Public sanitary facilities and a ticket vending machine for purchasing tickets have been set up on site at the stop. Timetable notices and loudspeaker announcements inform passengers about current rail operations. 100 parking spaces and almost 20 bicycle parking spaces are also provided.
