Description

The Seewirtshaus is located at the foot of the 1,340-metre-highHirschenkogel on the Semmering. In the farmhouse dating back to 1666, guests dine with a view of an idyllic reservoir.

Historic farmhouse

It is the combination of rustic ambience, idyllic location and high-quality inn cuisine that guests will remember for a long time. With its dark, heavy wooden beams, the interior of the Seewirtshaus conveys a welcome hut flair. A historic farmhouse with well-preserved craftsmanship. Outside, the terrace is particularly noteworthy. The rustic wine cellar houses the best wines of Lower Austria. The courteous service staff are on hand to advise guests. Away from the culinary delights, there is a region waiting to be discovered.

Summer and winter

The Seewirtshaus is located in the immediate vicinity of the Hirschenkogel cable car valley station. In summer, the bike park, forest ropes course and the Millennium Observatory beckon, while a mountain scooter ride down into the valley provides plenty of action. In winter, 14 varied kilometers of slopes await skiers and snowboarders, and the toboggan run is also one of the highlights. For an enjoyable break after sporting adventures, the Seewirtshaus is the ideal place to stop for refreshments.
