Shortbread biscuits

A recipe straight from Grandma's kitchen drawer


  • 190 g butter
  • 125 g icing sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g cocoa
  • 250 g flour
  • Vanilla
  • Lemon


Mix the butter and icing sugar until frothy. Gradually add the eggs. Mix the flour with the cocoa, and fold in.

Form and bake the shortbread biscuits, then spread jam on them and stick them together. Finally, dip the biscuits in chocolate.
